I ordered an item that was listed as in stock. After two weeks, I sent an email inquiring the status of my order, no response was ever received. I sent another email one week after the first one, again with no response. I finally received a call telling me the item and had been backordered and that it was ready to ship, but it had been so long since the order was placed, they needed my credit card number to complete the purchase. Communication and customer service clearly needs some work.
